The column & boom is one of the main equipments for welding boiler, pressure vessel, pipeline and structural metal; It can be used together with roller, positioner, and rotation mechanism to form automatic weldng system, used for pressure vessel welding, spherical head welding, and inside cladding for barrel and shell covers. It supports TIG, PAW, TIG, MIG/MAG, SAW welding process.

FCJ Column & boom series
The column & boom series are the main tooling for automatic welding in boiler, pressure vessel, pipe line and metal profile. It can be used separately or integrated with rotator, positioner or tilting machine to form a automatic welding system, used for welding the circumferential seam and longitudinal seam of the pressure vessel cylinder, big diameter pipe line, cladding for inner surface of cylinder or dish end, and polishing. It can fit for welding process like TIG, MIG/MAG, SAW and so on.
