Special production line for the production of punched profiles made of high material thickness (10 mm) and with high resistance. Already in the introduction phase we have special tight pinch-rolls and particular coil introduction. On the high-power press (400 Ton) we have a flexible punching system that allows to change the position of the hole both longitudinally and transversely. The line is equipped with a hole control device. Another peculiarity is represented by the special cut with holes performed by 3D laser which allows punching and cutting in any position after the roll forming with an extremely high degree of precision. As an option it is possible to have the insertion of tapering and stacking systems.

It is a motorized decoiler (or idle on request) with the capacity of 10 tons. Complete with hydraulic power pack and independent electric plant. Hydraulic unit for the spindle regulation, an electric plant for the automatic / manual mode and for the speed regulation. Complete with loop, arm for the loop control, and spokes to maintain the strip in the correct position.
HYDRAULIC COIL LOADING CAR
Hydraulic loading cradle for coils. It is used to load automatically the coil on the decoiler. It has a vertical movement through a hydraulic cylinder and a transversal motion for the transport on the unwinding axis with a gear motor command. This model has a capacity of 10 tons.

Roll forming line of high quality, productivity and flexibility. It is characterized by the rapid change of cassettes (it is possible to change the product in a few hours) and materials and finishing rigorously controlled to guarantee for the client more production and less maintenance. It could be completed with sheet lubrication plant, strip introducer and independent regulations for each forming station.
SET OF FORMING ROLLS
It is a set of forming rolls, made of tempered and rectified steel to make the profile requested by the client. The series of rolls is characterized by high precision and durability. Their function is at the heart of the whole plant; for this reason PM follows with particular precision the whole development (the whole process of roll-making is executed internally).
FIX CUTTING PRESS
It is in the final part of the line and carries out the cut to measure of the piece. The handling is through the hydraulic power pack. It includes the die of the final cut, made specifically for the requested profile, in order to have an extremely precise cut without any deformation of the product.
TRANSPORT ROLLS AND MARKING
Marking motorised conveyor, made up of a welded metal structure, and completed by the insertion of rotative belts which transport the pieces. Movement executed through an electric motor.
