Jet Clamp 150 locking

The new Jet Clamp 150 locking system for mechanical fastening of Amada®-Promecam-type features innovative solutions to speed up tool change operations, thereby reducing operation times. Tool fastening is achieved by vertical actuation of the locking lever without the use of any kind of wrench or tool.

The considerable force exerted by the lever together with the sector-wide clamp ensures that even 10 mm long fractional punches, or elements with differences in thickness, are perfectly secured. The loading and unloading of front and side tools are also very important. The ergonomically designed locking levers can be operated individually, with the left or right hand, or in pairs with both hands, further speeding up tool change operations.
