Tech Mach provides customers with a wide range of bending tools for the Wila-Trumpf® coupling in accordance with both standard model sizes and special equipment sizes with a maximum length of 8 meters, created to correctly optimize folding presses.

Our tools with Wila-Trumpf® couplings

When manufacturing our bending tools, we employ materials like C50 or 42CrMo4 steel, cleaned and/or hardened at low-frequency induction. The low frequency allows for tools with a higher level of durability and, therefore, greater resistance to burrs on laser-cut parts. These tools are also rebuildable with respect to mechanical characteristics, allowing for precise and meticulous processes in every single detail.

Our tools are built to the maximum permitted tolerances, ensuring the creation of press-bending machines with great benefits in terms of both quality and cost.
