Bending matrices for any profile

The construction of equipment for bending any type of pipe requires the creation of mechanical parts capable of offering truly high levels of performance.

Inside a machine used for bending pipes there is a mold, which must support the creation of the pipe section, the radius of the curve and the thickness of the pipe. The matrix represents, in fact, the fundamental tool for the creation of the radius of the pipe.

In particular, in standard matrices the curvature of the tube is obtained through the presence of a double locking system placed on both sides.
