To this end, we manufacture tools with the maximum permitted tolerances, ensuring the optimization of bending presses and achieving the best results.

Our equipment is hardened with low-frequency induction to achieve particularly durable structures.

Choose the strength of our tools

We have always been committed to providing practical and timely support by providing our customers with services to design and manufacture tools of high quality and in line with established standards. For this reason, we create tools with standard measurements and features and also manufacture special bending equipment.

In particular, our tools are constructed from C50 or 42CrMo4 steel, cleaned and/or hardened at low-frequency induction. The use of low-frequency hardening gives tools a greater hardness and makes them more resistant to burrs on laser-cut parts. This type of tool can also be regenerated while fully respecting its mechanical characteristics.
