Machine configuration

SHEET LOADER

The sheet loader with suction cups is an automatic loading system for lines starting with sheet. The system is made up of a welded base on which the pneumatic zone for the movement of the suction cups is fixed. The suction cups take the sheets from its space below.

Simple motorised conveyor. Its function is to transport the piece from one working zone to another. Made up of a welded metal structure, and completed by the insertion of rotative belts which transport the pieces. Movement executed through an electric motor.

NOTCHING AND PUNCHING BENCH

This bench consists of a welded mainframe above which there is a machined platform. The interchangeable, hydraulically controlled punching and notching units are installed above this platform. The punching heads are manually adjustable on the width (x axis) by means of hand-wheels. These units are independent and equipped with specific controls and adjustments that can be included or excluded depending on the model to be done programmed.

This hydraulic bending unit carries out the head bending of the panels. It is made up of a welded metallic structure on which the bending units are installed. The longitudinal position of these units can be regulated manually with a hand wheel.

DOUBLE BENDING UNIT MANUALLY MOVABLE FOR LATERAL BENDS

This hydraulic bending unit carries out the lateral bending of the panels. It is made up of a welded metallic structure on which the bending units are installed. The longitudinal position of these units can be regulated manually with a hand wheel.

PRESS FOR CENTRAL DRAWING

Press for the execution of the central drawing and the two lateral bending of the panels.

IDLE EXIT ROLLS CONVEYOR

Conveyor for the evacuation of the finished piece. It is a simple conveyor with idle rolls which allows the operator to unload easily the piece.

CONTROL DESK AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

The whole electric installation is intended here. Electric cabinet, cable channels, control desk and software for the management of the line parameters, all according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

HYDRAULIC POWER PACK
