This roll forming line produces A-type light shelving beam profiles (traverse). The line is made up of a double decoiler with a capacity of 2+2 tons, followed by a loop control. Then we find the hydraulic punching unit before the roll forming machine, complete with feeder and lubrication system. After the roll forming machinewe find the cutting press complete with die. Finally it is positioned the unloading bench. This roll forming line realizes 1 mm thicknes cross-section beam profiles, with a roll forming speed of 20 metres per minute.

Two motorised decoilers (or idle on request) with 2 ton capacity. Their base is pivoting; therefore the stopping time to insert the coil is extremely reduced. Complete with independent hydraulic unit and electric plant. Unit for the mandrel regulation, electric plant for the automatic / manual mode and for the speed regulation. Complete with loop, arm for loop control and spokes to keep the strip in the correct position.

It is positioned in the initial part of the line and it is essential for the correct introduction of the sheet and to maintain the correct position during working. It is made up of a metal structure and adjustable guide rolls.
It is the punching zone which is generally positioned before the roll forming line; it is slower and more economical than a punching press. This system can be fitted out with various punching units (to vary manually), so becoming very flexible and of good precision.
Roll forming line of high quality, productivity and flexibility. It is characterized by the rapid change of cassettes (it is possible to change the product in a few hours) and materials and finishing rigorously controlled to guarantee for the client more production and less maintenance. It is in the final part of the line and carries out the cut to measure of the piece. The handling is through the hydraulic power pack. It includes the die of the final cut, made specifically for the requested profile, in order to have an extremely precise cut without any deformation of the product.
The whole electric installation is intended here. Electric cabinet, cable channels, control desk and software for the management of the line parameters, all according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
