The line is made up of two parts. The first one is a pressing line starting with strip where the right or left parts of the joint are executed. The strip is inserted in the press where an suitable mobile die cuts the piece before forming. This cut has a conical form to allow the saving of material. Transfer with 3 arms to pass from the cut to the forming and then trimming (with scrap) and then unloading/stacking. Unloading with automatic descent and automatic displacement of the package. The second part is a seam folding machine to assemble the two parts (right-left) of the elbow. With a hydraulic sequencing the seaming of the two pieces is executed, prepared in the adjacent press.

It is a motorized decoiler (or idle on request) with the capacity of 2 tons. Complete with hydraulic power pack and independent electric plant. Hydraulic unit for the spindle regulation, an electric plant for the automatic / manual mode and for the speed regulation. Complete with loop, arm for the loop control, and spokes to maintain the strip in the correct position.

It is a straightener with a pneumatic feeder added. It is made up of a total of 9 rolls (2 feeders and 7 straighteners). The main function generally is to feed a punching press, to straighten and to take out tensions from the sheet before being punched. This model has a useful width up to 600 mm.

The feeder consist of a racket made of welded structure fixed to the press on which there are two steel shoulders for driving the towing rolls. Inside the welded structure there is the Brushless motor that drives the towing rolls with a couple of pulley with cogged belt (high resistance).

It is a mechanical forming press for the execution of the requested processings. Its power varies according to the thickness and type of sheet to be worked. This model has a power of 200 tons. Compete with electric board, and an independent control panel (for the insertion of work-programmes), hydraulic and lubrication unit.
These are series of dies to be inserted in the mechanical press which will form the final product. The PM knows very well the importance of the forming dies, and for this reason they are designed and tested internally, following every single phase of their development.
The electronic transfer for presses is a very sophisticated system which allows in a very short time the moving of the piece from one forming die to another. This solution is generally used for all the products requiring various forming steps. With this system the plant automation is considerably increased, reduces the dead time and increases the productivity.
The seamer for elbow joints is made up from a welded steel base on which a machined shoulder is fixed where inner pieces and slides are mounted. For the seaming, for the support of the inner piece apart from the steel shoulder there is a foldaway hydraulic device, which is to position the inner piece and of the elbow joint.
Hydraulic power pack with special cylinders, for positioning and work (cod. 195). Electric plant with microprocessors complete with control desk, piece counter and all the equipments needed for the perfect functioning of the whole plant.
Complete with automatic discharger of the finished piece.
The press necessary to insert these dies is a hydraulic one of 100 tonnes with base 1000x500 (option).

Complete kit of specific equipment for the realization of the final product.
Final bench used for the unloading and for the stacking of the finished piece. This special unloading bench is used mainly for trapezoidal / undulated sheet. Its structure allows the unloading of one piece on top of the other in order to have a lot ready for packing.
The whole electric installation is intended here. Electric cabinet, cable channels, control desk and software for the management of the line parameters, all according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
