Pipe bevelling system with outer clamping, suitable for operations on continuous pipe-line
Robust portable pipe bevellers with dia. range from 10 – 1066 mm (0.98“ – 41.33“).
The machines are designed for operations on continuous pipe-line.
The machine is able to split a pipe and create bevel at the same time.
The angle and the shape of bevel are optional.
When adjusted, machines are able to get the ends of pipes rapidly and repeatedly ready for welding.
Useful to all machinable metals, including stainless steels.
T he design of the outer clamping predetermines the machine for splitting pipe-line for instance in excavation conditions.
Special machine version for larger diameters up to Ø2300 mm (on demand) can be ordered with hydraulic drive, on in a version with controlled servo drive.

The machine is fitted with high performance electromotor in a metal chassis with enhanced resistance.

Pneumatic machine versions:
These drives are specially suitable in explosive environments.
Operating pressure: 0.6 – 1.5 Mpa
Required air flow 1500 - 3600 l/min
(air supply must be equipped with filtration and lubrication unit)
