Flexible punching line up to automatic unloading, starting with strip. The peculiarity of this punching machine is that it is electric; so the power of hte punching machine is given the motor. This solution allows to avoid the problems of the hydraulic solution, with less maintenance and more reliability. Furthermore, it can reach really high speeds, i.e. strokes per minute, determined by the number of revolutions of the motor. Another peculiarity of this innovative punching machine is that it has 4 columns, therefore much more reliable over time. In addition to have less consumption of the tools, it allows to obtain the processing of higher thicknesses. The standard quick interchangeable punching units are "AMADA" type. It can be equipped with longitudinal feeder with rolls or with pincers. The automatic lateral unloading with suction cups makes the punching independent from the unloading/packing operations and not stopping the line.

It is a motorized decoiler (or idle on request) with the capacity of 5 tons. Complete with hydraulic power pack and independent electric plant. Hydraulic unit for the spindle regulation, an electric plant for the automatic / manual mode and for the speed regulation. Complete with loop, arm for the loop control, and spokes to maintain the strip in the correct position.

It is a straightener with a pneumatic feeder added. It is made up of a total of 9 rolls (2 feeders and 7 straighteners). The main function generally is to feed a punching press, to straighten and to take out tensions from the sheet before being punched. This model has a useful width up to 600 mm.

The feeder consist of a racket made of welded structure fixed to the press on which there are two steel shoulders for driving the towing rolls. Inside the welded structure there is the Brushless motor that drives the towing rolls with a couple of pulley with cogged belt (high resistance).
The peculiarities of this punching machine are the electrical power, as the power of the punching machine is given by the motor, and the high speeds (strokes per minute) thanks to the number of revolutions of the motor.
It is the final hydraulic cutting shear. This particular system is used mainly with the trapezoidal / corrugated sheets. It is made up of a welded structure on which the cutting press inclusive the dies is installed. The movement is through a hydraulic power pack.
The whole electric installation is intended here. Electric cabinet, cable channels, control desk and software for the management of the line parameters, all according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
