Supporting base made of metal sheet and carpentry, which hold the supporting ball-bearings of the mandrel. The drum has 4 tiles installed on the connecting rod, or on an inclined surface.
Automatic opening of tiles with hydraulic cylinder on the rear side of the mandrel with shaft that passes inside the mandrel with hydraulic power pack (for those with hydraulic opening) kW 0,25 for 1-1 ton remaining kW 2,2.
Mandrel support suitably constructed for decoilers of high loading capacity.
Motorization with inverter forward/backward inside the carrying base.

The motorised coil-pressing device is generally installed on top of the decoiler. This hydraulic unit is made up of a mobile metal arm and of a wheel (toothed or rubberized) to push the sheet. Its function is as simple as essential. Its final aim is to insert the new strip in the straightener or directly in the roll forming line and restart the new working session. The operations are managed and controlled by the operator at a distance with manual commands, therefore avoiding risks of involuntary accidents.
